Reviews
Got the special Cuban sandwich. It was really good but not amazing. The pulled pork was a little dry and not really seasoned all that much. Very friendly people working there.
This place is so good! We were greeted upon arrival and the woman behind the counter is so sweet! There is a bit of a language barrier but we got through ordering just fine. The restaurant is small, no seating but there is a counter space along the back wall to stand and eat if you don't take it to go. The sandwiches are cooked fresh when you order. They have a case in the front with assorted pastries, empanadas, croquetas, etc that are premade. They are all DELICIOUS!! Highly recommend taking more than a few to go! The steak sandwich was perfection!! As were the Cuban special and the medianoche. The colada coffee was an absolute 10 out of 10! They have water, Gatorade, assorted sodas also. Will definitely be back when in the area! Heads-up: The prices weren't listed (we didn't ask either) and you are rang up after food is made. A little shocked with the bill but the food and service were outstanding!
Sandwiches were generous in size and portions. Quick service but we also ordered ahead of time. But added to our order when we got there. Not a sit down place so if you want to stand and eat they have a counter to accommodate you. Definitely a go to place when we are in the area again.
Wow is the word for this little hidden gem. Was a little pricey but you had enough food in that sandwich alone to feed 3 people! The potato balls were so creamy and flavorful. The owner is so nice. Meeting her alone is worth the travel. She gave us a sample of a papaya smoothie that was so delicious. A must try! I will be back to try more of the delicious choices that are offered. You can't go wrong for some of the best Cuban food. This is a take out so there is no dining tables inside.
We ordered the Cuban special and a regular Cuban sandwich. They were delicious and prepared while we waited. We found the pork to be a little dry but otherwise fantastic. The portions were enormous. The service was outstanding. Be aware that the prices are not on the menu. The sandwiches were about $17 each.
